About Sarah
I currently work part time within QLD Health as a Clinical Nurse.
Over the past 17 years I have worked in acute tertiary hospitals and rural settings.
I am currently part time due to family commitments which has affected my ability to work in my education and facilitator roles which is my passion.
There is no better feeling as a teacher when your students and or coworkers have the light bulb moment of realisation and understanding- I love to try and bring this to all I can teach.
As a nurse we will never know all. We are always learning and growing. It is my aim to help you learn and in turn I will also learn and adapt my teaching styles to assist you.

Can provide afterhours tutoring sessions to fit around your work and lifestyle. Lesson length from 1–2-hour sessions.
I have worked in both education and facilitator roles. I have worked across acute tertiary hospitals and rural and remote with 17 years' experience.
I can offer tutoring sessions from 1st-3rd years and those completing their Diploma of Nursing.
I can offer placement support and readiness. Happy to meet for practical sessions, North of Brisbane if interest is there.

Sarah is a fantastic teacher! She has a wealth of knowledge that she is able to put forth in an easy to understand and learn way. If I ever needed nursing assistance or had a clinical question I could easily go to Sarah for her advice and guidance, if she didn't know the answer she would strive to find out.
I was lucky enough to work with Sarah when I was a baby nurse, she is a wonderful support person with extensive knowledge and a patient teacher. I wish I could have a Sarah with me on every shift then I’d always feel safe . Anyone who has the privilege of being mentored by Sarah will be forever grateful for the experience.
