About Morgan
So my name is Morgan and I am a nursery assistant at a mainstream school here in Belfast. All my life I have wanted to help people and especially children as I feel that when I was in school my dyslexia was never understood and I didn’t receive any additional help which would have made my life a lot easier. I feel that by offering this support and encouragement I can also help those who feel they won’t be able to achieve anything or are not as good as their peers - even those who don’t have a learning difficulty but can find it hard to concentrate and need someone to just sit with them and explain. This is why I would love the opportunity to help someone who may need it.

I have both personal and professional experience working with children with additional educational needs such as ADHD and ASD. I myself also have a learning difficulty so I have a lot of patience and understanding and will help them to overcome their obstacles and allow them to feel confident that they can achieve anything even if the works says otherwise. This of course includes going at their speed with a lot of encouragement and no question is a silly one.
