About Umar bhat
So i myself am a student who is doing diploma in information technology. Telling you my story, i used to be overweight since my childhood and it affected me alot in many aspects of my life i lacked confidence i was shy and i also had got a lot of health issues at a very young age and the worse thing of being overweight was everyone treated me differently and called me by different names mocked me.
Being fat isn't easy but we can easily change it by just making few changes in our lifestyle so join me on this journey and let me help you to get in your best shape.

Hello everyone! Myself Umar bhat
I hope you all are fine.
