Amy is a fabulous acting coach! When we work together, she really helps me find moments in the text to help me bring the character to life. Amy is an amazing acting coach and teacher. My 10 year old daughter has been taking lessons from her for 2 years. Amy is patient, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, and fun. Initially, my daughter had very little experience in front of a camera and Amy made her feel confident and successful. She is super positive and has the ability to make any scene feel easy to master. Amy meets my daughter where she is at and makes her feel incredibly comfortable. Although she is coaching her virtually, it feels like Amy is with us in the room due to her warmth and authentic presence. We also really appreciate Amy's flexibility. When we hear about a last-minute audition, Amy moves mountains to help us - putting her clients before anything else and guiding us through the entire audition process - from researching the scene through masterfully editing a self-tape. Amy is a fantastic acting coach and the only person I go to when I need to prepare an audition or call back. She helps you delve deep into the text while also recognizing the unique perspective you bring to whatever you're working on. As a full time professor of Theatre and Performance Studies at a university, it's rare to come across someone else with such a keen ability to analyze text, but Amy often even makes me say "wow I never thought of that!"

Our work is done over Zoom (I don't live in the city), but I always feel like Amy's right there with me. She never rushes and always makes me feel like I am improving. I've tried other coaches and they simply don't have the ability to help me synthesize my personal acting style with unique callback selections.
