I am a New York State Certified Teacher and Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience working with children and adult learners in both educational and healthcare settings. My professional background includes teaching in the New York City Department of Education, early intervention services, public health, education and training, and nursing.
I provide individualized online tutoring for elementary and middle school students in all core subjects, as well as nursing and health science students seeking additional academic support.
My tutoring style focuses on building confidence, strengthening foundational skills, improving study habits, and helping students become independent learners. I tailor every session to the student's unique learning style, academic goals, and pace.
Qualifications include:
New York State Certified Teacher (Students with Disabilities B–2, 1–6, 5–9)
NYS Registered Nurse (RN)
MPH, MS, BSN, BA
Certified in Infection Prevention (CIC)
MSN–Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (in progress)
I offer one-on-one online tutoring via Zoom or Google Meet with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. My goal is to make learning engaging, supportive, and effective while helping every student reach their full potential.
