About Liane
I have a degree in Physical therapy and would love to assist you on drafting and setting up exercise and stretching/strengthening programs for each individual with different requirements and abilities. I love to explore the different types of exercise and set up exercise programs for each individual as well as wheelchair users.

I have experience in setting up and teaching Pilates exercises. I also have experience in rehabilitation of injuries and setting up exercise programs and stretching and strengthening programs. I have a passion for health and well-being in general. Exercise is a tool to boost energy levels and even better your mental health. I will love to set up and draft exercise programs for each individual! I am a wheelchair user and also have a passion to teach wheelchair users about exercise and setting up exercise programs for other wheelchair users to follow.
