About Johnny
My name is Johnny, I am from Surrey, I am 20 years old and I study History at the University of Manchester. I obtained an A* at history A-level studying the First World War for coursework. Then Mussolini's Italy and Hitler's Germany, alongside the British Empire. At Manchester, I am en route for a first class in my degree, recently undertaking a project on the Bosnian War and relations with NATO and UN. In my spare time I like learning languages and I practise judo.

In my opinion the best manner to approach history A-level, is through doing past exam papers. With the student I would intend to analyse past exam papers and make plans for each of them, then have them write me said plan and I would mark them. Also going through marked A-level papers and seeing areas of improvement.
