I develop yoga lessons for students of all ages and levels, emphasizing proper breathing techniques, body alignment, and meditation. Assist students with properly using props, such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Demonstrates poses through verbal instructions as well as visual demonstrations. I create weekly plans for students to achieve their personal goals.
