I have been an educator in Social Emotional Learning through art and performance for the past 4 years. I have instructed hundreds of students who now have a more positive self-image, confidence in expression of emotions, and improved communication skills.

My teaching method is based on Design Thinking. A list of desired topics based on student's needs drives the course material. My students range from children to adults who feel disconnected for their expression voice, emotional management, and social interactions. My Coaching sessions are not limited to emotional life but also involve budgeting, goal setting, relationship navigation and increasing focus and sensory processing.
