About Elizabeth
I am keen on students achieving their full potential, and it is my goal to enable students to achieve their desired grade, if not higher, by offering a time and space dedicated to their learning and finding what style of teaching will suit them the best. I aim to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere in these sessions, involving fun ways of introducing concepts and learning from mistakes.

Lesson length can be up to 2 hours, and exact times are adaptable to the individual's availability. My exact teaching method may vary depending on the individual's needs, but typically involves covering a topic using worked examples, supervised attempts and then exam questions, reviewing any mistakes to pinpoint the problem area. Any topics covered will be frequently revisited through regular practice papers, meaning the knowledge will be better retained. I personally achieved a Grade 9 for GCSE and am aiming for an A* at A-Level, but can support the GCSE candidate's personal aims from Grade 4-9. I have completed a Method of Instruction course and have 2+ years of teaching experience.
