As a teacher, I believe students will listen to me because I will create a classroom where they feel respected, encouraged, and valued. I will teach English in a way that is engaging, interactive, and easy to understand by using real-life examples and activities that match their interests. I am patient, approachable, and willing to help every student learn at their own pace. I will also lead by example by showing enthusiasm, professionalism, and respect, which I believe inspires students to do the same. Most importantly, I will build a positive relationship with my students so they feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and developing confidence in using the English language.
