About Ruth
I teach Portuguese, English (ESL), and English to all levels. I grew up between the US, Venezuela, and Brazil because of my family origins so I am a multicultural person. I am a very dynamic and creative teacher with more than 4 years of experience working with people from different cultures, ages, and nationalities. I focus mainly on conversation starting from the first class, but, of course, I also like to use different activities and tools in classes, and give my students tips for improving at home. I truly enjoy teaching and I love when my students have fun learning.

I mainly focus on conversation but we work all the areas of the target language in my classes. I like to create dynamic and useful classes for my students with subjects they can actually use in real life. Each class is different because I like to mix things up and have fun while we learn, my students usually also love the reviews we do every month to check their progress.
