About Riya
Hi, I’m Riya, a Certified 200 RYT Yoga Instructor and Nutrition & Diet Consultant. My yoga journey didn’t begin in childhood—I started as a beginner myself, then trained to become a certified teacher. That’s why I truly understand the doubts, stiffness, and lack of confidence many beginners feel. My goal is to make yoga simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone through patient, one-on-one guidance. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, manage diabetes or obesity, reduce stress, or simply feel healthier, I’ll support you every step of the way.

My one-on-one online yoga classes are designed for beginners and women seeking better health. I didn’t grow up practicing yoga—I started my journey as a student before becoming a Certified 200 RYT Yoga Instructor. That means I understand the challenges beginners face and will guide you with patience, step by step. Each session includes yoga, pranayama, relaxation, and personalized support for flexibility, posture, diabetes, obesity, and overall wellness.
