About Takiko
I am a certified physiotherapist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Currently, I practise private physiotherapy sessions and I am a clinical pilates instructor. Incorporating physiotherapy knowledge into pilates is an exciting way to expand my skills.
Helping people is my passion. I truly love teaching and sharing what I know to clients, colleagues and students. Teaching is something I have enjoyed since my schooling years and I would grab any opportunity to help anyone if I can. Seeing people gain confidence in a certain knowledge and proudly practise what they know brings so much joy. I intend to continue teaching so more people are able to keep moving positively in life.

The quality of the lesson will be done following the student's pace as every student is different. Each lesson will be 1 hour long. The first 45 minutes will be learning the topic, followed by a quick run-through of any part that needs a little more help. If you are a student physiotherapist struggling to understand the classes or would like to revise the topic or even prepare before your classes, this session will benefit you.
