About Jaden
I started playing basketball at five and began taking the game seriously by ten. As a young player, I represented South East England twice, but I often struggled to show in games what I knew I was capable of in training.
Basketball could also feel lonely. I experienced confidence problems, difficult moments with coaches, uncertainty around my role and times when it felt as though certain players were favoured. I cared deeply about improving, but I did not always have someone outside the team who I could speak to honestly or who could help me make sense of what I was experiencing.
I later started my own academy and I have since coached young people across several London schools, including Thomas’s London Day School and Knightsbridge. Through coaching, I began recognising the same struggles I had experienced in the players around me. I want young players to have someone they can speak to openly about. In many ways, I aim to be the person I wish I had in my corner.

Basketball development is about more than what happens on the court. Young players can struggle with limited playing time, changing roles, difficult relationships with coaches or teammates, setbacks, pressure, motivation and not knowing what to do next.
My online mentorship gives players a consistent person to speak to who understands the basketball environment. Each session is shaped around what the player is currently experiencing. We talk through situations honestly, help them understand what they can control and work out practical ways to move forward.
This is not basketball skills training, therapy or a generic motivational session. It is personal mentorship for the individual behind the player—helping them communicate better, handle disappointment, take greater ownership and navigate their basketball journey with more clarity.
The mentorship is suitable for young basketball players aged 10–20, from developing youth players to those competing at academy or elite level.
