About Freya
I am a BSc Sports, Health and Exercise Graduate, now working as a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I have always had an interest in sports, and find keeping active creates the best balance for mind and body. I love being outdoors, with my favourite sport being surfing.
My experience ranges from working with large groups of 60+ people, to one to one sessions with clients on a regular basis.
I believe in helping people create a lifestyle change that is sustainable and specific to them.

I have provided online sessions and support to people for 5+ years who WANT to make a change.
I am a great listener and we will start with discussing what it is you want to change.
Going forward we will develop a plan to achieve your goals while creating sustainable life long habits.
I have previously worked with clients who focus on weight loss or toning up, but have found the main focus has been helping people with their mental health.
The sessions will be completely tailored to you and your goals and I am available to chat to anyone to discuss this in your first FREE session!
