About Emily
I have been giving French lessons privately for 2 years but have experience tutoring within a school before that to pupils younger than myself. I have completed over 400 lessons online before. Many of my students have gone up at least one grade at GCSE after working with me for just a few hours. I myself am currently in the second year of my Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics and Spanish.

My teaching method is tailored to the student, as I focus on the level and past experience of the student. I try to incorporate practice of both grammar and areas of vocabulary, and from there practice all 4 skills, reading, writing, listening and speaking. My lessons will start with recapping words or a grammar point covered previously, then go on to practice a new area and finish up with a game/ small test to summarise. I try to make each lesson as interactive as possible so the student sees or hears and produces as much French as possible.
