About Oxana
I am a professional piano teacher. I was trained in Russia (piano, music theory, solfeggio, singing) and after relocating to UK I have completed an additional course in piano, theory and singing as it was important for me to familiarise myself with British system. I have taught in a school in UK for about 3 years, and after the beginning of pandemic I have started teaching online as I consider this is more safe in the current circumstances. I have students from several countries which is great fun.

Combining the best from Russian and British approaches is my strength. Consistency, quality, aiming at high standard plus fun and encouragement. Every student is so different and I enjoy the challenge of finding the best way to teach each individual. I have trained as a musician in Russia and completed additional training programme in UK. I recommend 30-40 min for online lesson, I provide music and I set home task every time. Music theory can be taught in addition if the student is enthusiastic.
