About Katie
My name is Katie and I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal trainer, who is also studying for BSc Sports, Fitness and Coaching currently. I work as both an in person PT in Manchester and an online coach. Health and fitness is my passion and it is my goal to share that passion with as many people as possible and use it to help improve lives!
