About Katie
My name is Katie and I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal trainer, who is also studying for BSc Sports, Fitness and Coaching currently. I work as both an in person PT in Manchester and an online coach. Health and fitness is my passion and it is my goal to share that passion with as many people as possible and use it to help improve lives!

-I offer both online coaching for fitness and nutrition tailored to you and your goals, as well as optional video call style fitness sessions to guide you through effective exercise technique and motivate you further. What to expect from my online coaching: -Accountability (weekly call, daily messages) -Guidance wherever you need it, from technique, to nutritional questions. -Results! Whether you have a fat loss goal or you are training for a half marathon, I can help you achieve the results you are after!
