About Kat
Hi, I'm Kat :)
Yoga has always been a passion of mine, and after practicing for over 12 years, I decided to go all in!
I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training after leaving my corporate career in early 2023, and have been on the journey to expand and explore.
Since then, I have become a certified Breathwork and Pranayama Teacher which has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expand what I bring to my sessions.
I am also a Neurodiverse human who has struggled with stillness and a quiet mind concept, so I have implemented this flair into my lessons too - because I understand its not as simple as "dropping your thoughts". My style incorporates guided active mindfulness so you can focus on your practice even though your mind is active.

Neurodiverse myself, my approach to teaching is not focusing on the stillness of yoga and breath work, but rather maintaining active mindfulness.
I understand how difficult it is to calm your mind and immerse yourself into practice, so I have developed a unique way of teaching meditation and yoga to keep the mind active but organised, rather than focusing on stillness and quietening thoughts - which can sometimes feel impossible!
My sessions run for 60 minutes and are suitable for all beginners alike, ages 18+.
