Super tutor

Katarina is one of our best English tutors. High-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Katarina

I have been teaching both formally and informally for the past six years; for the past two years, I taught English Language Arts in a public school to 6th graders (11- and 12-year-olds), and throughout the entire past six years I have been teaching English and foreign language to children and adults alike.

I am ready to tutor your student in English or English as a Foreign Language, depending on your needs. Thank you for your consideration.

About the lesson

*I currently have openings available between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST (UTC - 5), Mondays through Thursdays.*

My priority in teaching is to foster a love in the student for the subject where they may not have had one to begin with. My lessons are adapted to the student; some may need more focus to be on reading and speaking, while others might benefit more from practice in writing, phonics, or vocabulary.

I have current clients ranging in age from 3 years old to nearing retirement. Most of my students come to me for help with basic reading, writing, grammar, or speaking skills, but I also tutor in more technical areas such as proofreading essays and ESL for advanced or adult speakers.

If you are not sure if you're ready to schedule a first lesson, we can set up a five to ten minute conversation to see if I'm a fit for you or your student. I look forward to hearing from you!

Katarina is the best tutor. Katarina taught two of my children for three years. She was always sincere, positive, and made children who were not good at English into children who liked books and raised them to the top. Thanks to that, My children became a member of the gifted class in school. My children always waited and looked forward to class with Katarina. I recommend Katarina to you. Katarina will be the best tutor for you.
