About Victor
With 10 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students enhance their English skills through a personalised, student-focused approach. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths, challenges, and goals, and design lessons that are engaging, interactive, and highly practical.

My ESL teaching methodology is grounded in Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is encouraged through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning, inspiring students to explore language with confidence and imagination.
Communication is central to my approach. I design lessons with discussions, debates, and collaborative tasks that help learners strengthen fluency, comprehension, and confidence.
