About Janey
Hi - I'm Janey. I've been working in holistic health and fitness for about 3 decades now! My journey began with a deep longing for self-healing and a passion for learning, growing and helping others. This led me to holistic studies and eventually fitness instruction, personal training, dance, Pilates, reflexology and more. Blending the two areas of study (holistic health and fitness) just seemed like the next logical step. It has been my mission to help my clients/students become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves they can be. This includes living the best quality of life they can through movement, reducing pain, increasing mobility, balance, coordination, proprioception, and more. I love the energy that comes with teaching fitness/holistic classes, but it's also very rewarding to tailor private sessions for individuals with unique needs and goals. I hope to help you do just that!

Every session begins with where you are that day - current energy levels, movement goals and physical stress points. Lessons pair active conditioning (building strength, mobility and core stability) with restorative recovery techniques to ease tension. I offer a complete mind-body approach to fitness and well-being rather than focusing solely on exercise. My students will learn proper alignment, functional movement patterns and ways to relieve stress and build strength (physically and mentally.) Expect a supportive, intuitive environment designed to help you move better, recover faster and feel more balanced with the session individualized and tailored specifically to you!
