About Rebecca
Hello! My name is Rebecca. I’m an English Teacher by trade. In January 2019, I was morbidly obese, having tried more times than I care to count to lose weight. This time I did. Since then I have lost 7 stone by simple calorie counting using a free app. I’ve formulated my own weight-loss plan, by amalgamating calorie counting and other diet plans. I did not attend a diet class, nor did I ever use supplements or weight loss aids of any kind. If I was going to change, I needed to overhaul my entire outlook about food. I have educated myself on nutritional values of different foods and found a balance that has been instrumental to my weight loss.
I’m not part of a large company, and I’m not trying to sell products to aid weight loss. What I am selling is the opportunity for you to change the way you think about food and nutrition. This is the only thing that works and I can prove it because my success story is me. I can give you everything you need.
I can also provide before and after pictures as proof of my weight loss.

I can provide recipes, cookbook recommendations, advice and support. We work round what’s best for you. Tell me what you need to succeed and I’ll do it. I spent a long time morbidly obese and I know how daunting the process can be when you have a lot to lose. We don’t always have time to attend classes and sometimes the prospect of standing on a set of scales in front of other people feels like it’s bordering on ritual humiliation. You only tell me what you want me to know, although I ask that what you do tell me is the truth. I advise keeping a food diary, either through an app or a simple pen and paper. I will meet with you online or in person where possible and we can talk through your successes and barriers to your weight loss.
