About Raphael
I have been teaching for 4 years now.
I taught:
-a 12th grade student Math, Physics and Chemistry
-a student in preparatory class for business schools, and have allowed her get into the best French Business school (namely HEC)
-a A levels student in Physics. She was the last of her class, and I allowed her to have a A grade in Physics.
-a undergraduate student in theoretical maths and physics, during his two first years of undergraduate studies.

I provide private lessons in math, physics, chemistry for students in high school and bachelor students.
I am a former student of Lycee Louis Le Grand (famous French high school, and I am currently doing a Masters in Statistics at Oxford. I dit my undergraduate in theoretical Math and Physics in a top French University (in fact a Grande Ecole, Centrale Paris, if you happen to know what it is)
My teaching is based on the fact that there are no stupid questions, that it is necessary say outloud misconceptions and wrong statements, that often come from a misunderstanding of courses, in order to get rid of them.
Also, I never solve myself any exercices, for it is only by doing that one learns, not by watching someone who knows how to do.

Perfect! Bonjour, mon fils suit des cours avec Raphaël depuis quelques mois.... Et il progresse enormément... Raphaël est poli, ponctuel , trés serieux , et concentré ....son cours est trés clair, et il propose en plus des execices d'application qui permettent à mon fils de ne pas s'ennuyer et d'approfondir....il est donc trés pedagogue, trés compétent, consciencieux... Et souriant..... Raphaël est un super prof!!!!!!

Raphael m'a demandé de lui faire un retour sur les cours qu'il m'a donnés.
J'ai demandé à Raphael de m'aider en maths physique chimie l'année dernière via le site de Centrale.
Raphael me donne donc des cours depuis deux ans (PCSI/PC) pour m'aider à combler mes difficultés.
Les cours sont essentiellement axés sur la reprise de mon cours afin de bien m'aider à comprendre les concepts clés.
Je progresse régulièrement et ces conseils sur la prépa ainsi que son retour d'expérience sur ses concours m'aident beaucoup et me rassurent.
Je le recommande donc à tout élève de prépa qui aurait besoin d'aide.Raphael m'a bien aidé l'année dernière en physique. J'étais dernière de ma classe en physique (Terminale S, 6/20 de moyenne). J'ai fait appel à lui car j'étais dans la classe de son petit frère pour le troisième trimestre car le bac approchait.
Raphael insiste beaucoup sur la compréhension du cours, et sur la maîtrise d'exemples simples pour ensuite pouvoir faire des choses plus compliquées.
Il ne m'a jamais fait la morale du genre "ah mais ça c'est classique" ou "c'est un truc qu'on voit en seconde", cela permet de reprendre confiance
J'ai beaucoup apprécié son aide et je le recommande à toute personne qui se sent perdue et en difficulté.View more recommendations
