My name is Firmina, I have a bachelor's degree in International Chinese Education, and I am in the last semester of my Masters's Degree in English Studies at the University of Macau. In addition, I hold a 60-hour TEFL certificate from English for Asia Trinity College London and various certifications. These have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach English effectively and to engage students in the learning process.
