I am a writer and tutor who has been giving lessons and working with students in secondary education for three years. Many of my students have gone on to get careers in their field and have excelled in their courses.

My teaching methodology is student-centered with an emphasis on personalized learning and flipped classroom techniques. I base my classes/tutoring on the level of each student in the area they wish to learn. Often I will give a lecture, then an activity.

Details
My rates do not vary according to a student's level. They do however increase for travel distance. For instance if I need to travel more than 45 minutes, my rate will increase by $1.00 more an hour. For cancellation I require that I be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled lesson on the day it is to take place.
