About Dominic
I am a dance instructor full time with 15 years experience in teaching. I have also attended university and have a high competence level with math. Would like to return to university to complete a mathemtical degree and then get a teaching degree afterwards.
Wish to use the experience I have acquired in tutoring and teaching. My passion isn't nessesarily for dance but for imparting knowledge, I try to create an ideal learning situation for each person and try to encourage learning by playing to each person's strengths. All the while trying to make it fun and interesting to learn.
I have tutored before and have seen a boys marks go from 10 % to 58% with guidance. I would love to help others the same way.

My teaching method could be considered an adaptive one. Basically, each erson is unique and there understanding of how things work isn't always the same. To this effect try to create unique learning environments for each person that I work with in order to. Keep things interesting but also assist in the person growing in the subject that we are working on.
Each person learns differently and each person sees things differently, if we can identify how that person's thought process works then we can build a schedule and system to help them grow.
Once I have figured out how a person does things, I will then build around this information creating a suitable schedule that will assist the learner with achieving whatever it is that they require to learn.

Really awesome tutor. My son struggles with English and Maths. He is patient and explains the work better than the teachers at school. I can see the results after every term. I will recommend Dominic because he really goes out of his way to help.
Dominic would be a great tutor. He is really good with children and is a really nice person. He has helped me a lot. And my marks went up a lot. It was the fastest and most fun way that I have learned.
