About Himabindu
I am Himabindu and I was drawn to yoga during a difficult time in my life. Yoga helped me come out of the most trying circumstances of life and gave the motivation to remain calm and peaceful on a daily basis. Hence I want to share my understanding of yoga with others so that it may benefit them also in some way.
