About Miriam
I hold a Master's Degree in Molecular Medicine and currently work as a Medical Scientist. I have a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and Life Sciences. Having passed my matric with distinction in Math and Life Science, I went on to also tutor Math and Physics for more than 5 years with great success stories from my students. I enjoy passing on knowledge, and enjoy seeing my students flourish. I understand that subjects like math can be challenging and so I developed effective learning methods that have helped me and my students become more confident with math with improved marks.

I structure the lesson in such a way that students want to learn, I tailor my sessions to the student's needs and learning style, providing clarity, confidence and long-term success. I provide tools to help students succeed by incorporating a combination of past exam papers, teaching workbooks, and practice exercises. This approach not only helps the student improve their marks and confidence in handling math problems, but also helps the student improve their performance under pressure.
