About Akanksha Yadav
I am Akanksha Yadav, a BSc Zoology honours graduate and an MBA. I am currently working in Decathlon and want to pursue my career as a yoga instructor and this is my first step in that direction. I have been practicing yoga since the age of 10 and still learning new things everyday. I am working towards getting a yoga teacher certification soon. If I can be of a little help to anybody through my classes, nobody will be more happy than me. Yoga is an integral part of my culture and i want to take it forward to an international level.

I will be teaching yoga starting from basic poses and breathing exercises for generic well being. I will also take up medical cases like diabetes, thyroid, obesity, hypertension, skincare and other lifestyle disorders. I have changed lives of many of my friends and relatives with yoga, breathing exercises and a little change in their diet and lifestyle. It will be one hour class (half an hour for yoga and half an hour for breathing exercises).
