For me, the method we used to follow should be changed because the teaching sessions should be led by both teacher and student interactions and I strongly believe that as every child is different we should uplift everyone without making them feel left out and the teacher should definitely have an outline about each and every child so this eventually helps to uplift the student with their own study requirements
