About Dhanraj
I am a Biotechnology graduate and research fellow who genuinely loves this subject and loves helping others discover it too. My background is in real laboratory research, so I understand biology not just as facts to memorize but as a living, curious way of looking at the world, and I bring that perspective into every lesson.
I am comfortable across international curricula, including IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and A Level, and I pay close attention to what each board actually expects from students in exams and assessments. I am patient, approachable, and reliable, and I care about each student feeling comfortable enough to ask questions freely. Whether you are strengthening your fundamentals, preparing for board exams, or aiming for top grades, I will meet you where you are and help you get there. Learning should feel encouraging, never intimidating, and that is the atmosphere I create in every session.

Two small things still for Dhanraj to add himself where Superprof asks separately: whether he teaches online, in person in Mumbai, or both, and his rate (the ₹800 to ₹1000 range you mentioned works well for this level).
One honest reminder from before, just so it doesn't bite him later: the ad claims confident familiarity with IB and A Level, which is right for attracting good students, but those boards test a tutor quickly in the first lesson. As long as he is genuinely ready for their specific syllabi and assessment styles, this is perfect. If he is stronger on some boards than others, tell me which and I will adjust so he leads with his strengths without overclaiming.

I believe biology makes the most sense when you actually do it, not just memorise it. My own path came through hands on research, culturing living organisms, running experiments, and chasing real scientific questions, and I bring that same curiosity into every class.
I hold a B.Sc. (Honours) in Biotechnology with an independent research thesis, along with laboratory training in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cloning. As a CUBE research fellow, I have spent years mentoring students and making complex biology genuinely understandable. This means I teach both the textbook and the real science behind it, which is exactly what international board students need to score well and think clearly.
I work confidently across curricula, including IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and A Level Biology. I understand that each board rewards something different, whether it is the analytical depth and internal assessments of IB, the practical papers of IGCSE and A Level, or the strong fundamentals of ICSE, and I shape my teaching to match. As a researcher rather than only a student of biology, I can connect syllabus topics to how science actually works, which helps concepts stick.
A typical class starts with a quick recap, moves into the new topic through clear examples and diagrams, and leaves plenty of room for your questions. I go at your pace and explain things in more than one way until they click.
I teach secondary, higher secondary, and undergraduate students, as well as those preparing for board and entrance exams. Beginners are especially welcome. Patience and clarity matter most to me.
