About Isabella
As a coach I will provide a positive, engaging environment for all athletes. I am a 4 year varsity track & field runner and plan to continue my track career in college. I am a mid distance runner, but have experience in other events as well. I have done track since I was eleven years old and have been a runner since the age of eight. It is something I am very passionate about. I would love the opportunity to pass on my love of the sport to younger athletes.

These lessons will include ways to become a faster, stronger runner. They will demonstrate ways to deal with the physical and mental pressures of the sport. The classes will include event specific drills for the athlete, as well as injury prevention and strengthening exercises. This is targeted towards younger athletes under the age of 14.
