I hold a PhD in Mathematics and have over 400 hours of experience in private tutoring of grade 5-12 high school and university students. My teaching approach is personalised to each student’s level and learning style, ensuring a solid grasp of core concepts before moving to problem-solving. After each small section, I review and practice exercises with the student to confirm full understanding before progressing. A typical lesson includes a short review, guided examples, and independent practice with feedback. I focus on simplifying complex ideas and building confidence in Grades 5–12 math courses as well as university-level subjects such as Math 100/101, Calculus, Algebra, and Statistics.
