About Phoebe
With more than 8 years of teaching French, I pride myself on offering lessons that are tailored to each student’s unique learning needs and goals. I believe that every student has their own learning style, and my goal is to adapt my teaching methods to ensure that they are receiving the most effective instruction possible. I begin by assessing the student’s current level and identifying areas where they need improvement, and then create personalized lessons that focus on vocabulary building, grammar, and pronunciation. For beginners, I provide a strong foundation in essential language skills, teaching basic greetings, sentence structure, and pronunciation techniques. For more advanced students, I work on conversational fluency, helping them to express themselves confidently in everyday situations. I also focus on fine-tuning grammar skills, such as verb conjugations, prepositions, and sentence structure, to improve writing and speaking accuracy. To make learning enjoyable, I incorporate various learning tools like flashcards, quizzes, and interactive exercises that help reinforce new concepts.
