About Ria
I am a Business Management student at King’s College London with a genuine passion for teaching. I particularly enjoy working with students and am confident in my ability to connect with them in a kind, patient, and engaging way. I have tutored students of various ages and love seeing their confidence grow through encouragement and consistent progress. I have always enjoyed maths because I love solving problems and finding logical solutions - it’s incredibly rewarding, and I aim to pass that same sense of satisfaction and curiosity on to my students. I strive to create a positive, understanding environment in every session.

I tailor each lesson to suit each student’s pace and learning style. Lessons run for 1-2 hours and focus on building strong conceptual understanding by first giving step-by-step explanations for each topic. Then provide practice questions for them to ace, before moving onto the next topic. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing from them. Whether you're looking to strengthen your basics or prepare for exams, I’m here to help you gain confidence and achieve your goals in mathematics. I have 2 years of experience in teaching mathematics both online and offline, along with 4 years of experience teaching children and teenagers other topics. I teach mathematics for students in KS1, KS2 and KS3.
