Passionate in Science, Pick me!!! Maths teacher at Harrow - Anand

Anand has just completed the 3rd year of his 4 year MSci degree in Chemistry at UCL. He is an excellent student who is in the top 5% of his year group (of ca. 70 students). Had he chosen to take his BSc this year rather than continue to the final year of the MSci he would have graduated with a mark of 85% (which contains a contribution from all years of study). I have know him for three years in my role of Departmental Undergraduate Tutor and find him a dedicated hardworking student who works equally well on his own or as a member of a team. He has great initiative and is highly motivated. He has excellent time management skills and delivers all work on schedule. He is an extremely pleasant individual and I have only has positive interactions with him. I am happy to recommend him most strongly.

Anand is a great tutor of chemistry, he tutored my little sister for her GCSE's and AS-Levels as she was struggling. From the first session she said Anand was professional and attentive and she started understanding right away! Where the teachers lack ground, Anand more than makes up for. After more sessions she was picking up speed and well on course for an A* at GCSE, which she achieved. Anand never cancelled and never 'clock watched' within reasonable time and would spend an extra 5/10 minutes to finish up for free. Since he was younger, he also was able to be more approachable yet professional, and built a working friendship with my sister.

Anand, has just completed his third year of a Chemistry degree with us at UCL. He is an outstanding student and certain to graduate next year with First Class Honours. I can think on no-one better as a tutor. I recommend him to you most stongly

This is a 3rd year student at UCL studying Chemistry. He is in good standing and has obtained high marks in all his courses to date. He is also an accomplished athlete. Anand aided me with an organic chemistry tutoring group for 10 UCL first years. Not only is he exceptionally bright and passionate for his subject, but he can explain difficult concepts in a way that inspires genuine enthusiasm and understanding. Anand is very enthusiastic about his subject and has an excellent grasp of chemical principles.
