She taught me Spanish from the beginning, I couldn't even say "Hola!" and she had a lot of patience with me. she made me feel comfortable, which I think is really important when learning a new language. I highly recommend Ilaria Ceriello as an italian teacher. I just completed the fourth level with her and it was one of the greatest learning experience I had in my life. Ms Ceriello is dynamic, lively, passionate and has enabled me to progress significantly. I took a beginner Italian course with Ilaria in the spring of 2021. In just eight weeks, my fellow students and I made incredibly progress in Italian thanks to Ilaria's instruction. While we all started as complete (or near-complete) beginners, by the final class, we were able to hold basic conversations and had developed a solid grasp of aural and written Italian. Ilaria is a patient, enthusiastic and caring teacher who is very receptive to feedback and able to tailor her classes to her students' level. She is skilled at motivating students to participate in class and mixes linguistic teachings with valuable insight into Italian culture. Her passion for the language is contagious and I highly recommend her as an instructor.
