About Selene
I have always had a passion for teaching and helping others, and this passion led me to pursue a career as a Spanish teacher. I have been teaching Spanish for 8 years and during this time I have helped countless students improve their language skills.
As a teacher, I am patient, creative, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my students succeed. I believe that language learning is a journey, not a destination, and I take pride in guiding my students along this journey and watching them grow and develop.
In addition to my degrees in Primary Education Teaching and Early Childhood Education Teaching, I have also completed numerous courses and workshops in Spanish language instruction. This ongoing professional development allows me to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and methodologies, and to provide my students with the best possible learning experience.
In my free time, I enjoy reading Spanish literature, watching Spanish movies and TV shows, and exploring different cultures. I am a firm believer in the power of immersion and encourage my students to embrace Spanish language and culture outside of the classroom as well.
