AFTER YEARS OF PRACTICE AROUND THE GLOBE, I DECIDED TO BECOME A CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR AND COMPLETED MULTIPLE CERTIFICATIONS IN YOGA AND MEDITATION.

Yoga has had a transformational influence on me and has become a strong core pillar in my life. I have completed multiple certifications in Yoga as well as Meditation and have embraced every aspect of it. As an instructor, I strive to ensure all students are comfortable at all skill levels, achieve their desired, personal goals as well as develop a further connection to self and empowering them to embrace their own personal journey.

-Personalized Attention: Following a brief intake on student’s desired results, a uniquely tailored practice program is designed to fit individual needs and goals. Goal orientated practice plan with session details, including though not limited to, geared towards medical therapy, anatomy, sound therapy fully, integrated meditative techniques and achievable goals available upon request. Every session is uniquely tailored to fit your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re beginning your yoga journey or an advanced yogi, all sessions are designed specific to your goals and desired outcomes.
-Flexibility to Fit Your Life: My practice is designed to fit into your schedule and lifestyle. I offer in-home, in-studio, outdoor and virtual session options to fir into your schedule and lifestyle.
