I've known Alyssa for more than a decade. Yoga is truly her calling. Her creates a calming, safe, and inspirational atmosphere for each of her classes. During each stage of the class, she empowers her students to find their edge to both challenge themselves, but also to honor their body's boundaries and where they are at. She is an incredible teacher, and I look forward to her classes every time I go!
