About Olga
have been teaching for 8 years now. I finished my first YTT200 in 2015.But it’s never enough to learn and you have to keep on studying always if you want to be a professional at any field. So I went to a lot of workshops of famous international teachers. Every year I was attending some yoga retreat. I always trying to learn something new that can be beneficial to my students. I’m teaching group and personal classes.I will be glad to introduce you this ancient system of physical and spiritual health or to strengthen and deepen your knowledge and skills!

The practice I give to beginners is based on a soft and smooth combination of basic asanas, breathing practices and more dynamic with long-term hold of asanas for intermediate level practitioners. I pay a lot of attention to the correctness of perfomance, as well as injury safety. As a yoga teacher I try to help every practitioner learn how to understand and listen to their body. I find an individual approach to each person, organize a comfortable practice for everyone. Challenging students while remaining sensitive to their individual needs and goals at all times.
