About Francesca
Hi, my name is Francesca and I am a professional pasta maker. My first teacher was my grandmother and I have been cooking and making pasta since I was a child. I have worked in many fresh pasta restaurants and currently I am focusing on teaching my culinary skills.

Pasta class: The lesson will consist of making the dough and then shaping it into different types of pasta. You can choose between egg dough or semolina dough (vegan).
Cooking class: I offer bespoke cooking lessons, we can discuss a menu based on your taste and dietary requirements. Just contact me and I will arrange the perfect class for you, online or at yours :)
