About Harriet
Hi! I’m a current 4th year computer science student. I have experience in tutoring high school math and physics. At college level, I have experience in tutoring computer science relevant courses, such as algorithms
I charge by hourly and I usually work with my students by a 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 90 minutes ( 10 minutes break included). In my opinion, I like to work with two students as study buddies in my tutor sessions, as they can help each other and be more comfortable than going to the tutor session alone.
I accept all levels of students. This summer, I helped one of my students to achieve 80% on his first year computer science course midterm, and he started with a barely passing level of learning.
I hope we can work as a team and achieve more than just improving the grades.

I personally was a student who went to a lot of different tutoring classes during high school, so I understand the struggles everyone have gone through in their tutoring sessions. After gaining more experience in tutoring, I learn how to teach my students more efficiently and help them through their questions by building up their problem solving skills instead of merely providing the solutions.
I maintain a 3.0 gpa in general for my college courses, and I have scored 84% on average from all of my calculus courses( from calculus I to IV)
