About Grace
Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a history graduate with strong Microsoft Office proficiency and years of hands-on experience training and mentoring people on software, workflows, and everyday technology. I know firsthand how intimidating computers can feel when you're just starting out, and I know how to make that intimidation disappear.
My approach is slow, patient, and completely judgment-free. I meet you exactly where you are, whether that means starting with how to open a program or working up to building spreadsheets and formatting documents in Word. No question is too basic, and no pace is too slow. I adapt every lesson to what you need, breaking each skill into simple, repeatable steps you'll actually remember.
I've spent years teaching procedures and workflows to people with all different learning styles, so I'm experienced at explaining the same thing multiple ways until it truly makes sense. My goal is simple, to make you feel capable, confident, and independent at the computer.
