About Akhila
Hello! My name is Akhila Cholleti, and I am an upcoming sophomore at Liberty High School. I enjoy working with children and helping students gain confidence in their learning. I have experience helping elementary school students with math, homework, and STAAR preparation. I understand that every student learns differently, so I try to explain concepts in simple and easy-to-understand ways. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students succeed. My goal as a tutor is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence. I enjoy making learning less stressful and helping students reach their academic goals.

My lessons are designed for elementary and middle school students who need help with math, homework, or STAAR preparation. I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style to match each student's needs and learning pace. During a typical lesson, I review concepts that students find difficult, work through practice problems together, and encourage students to ask questions. I explain topics in simple ways and use examples to help students understand the material. What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience and my ability to connect with younger students. I enjoy helping children build confidence in their abilities and making learning less stressful. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to help them become more confident and independent learners.
