My degree is PhD in Organic Chemistry. After graduation, I worked as a tutor in chemistry and organic chemistry for two years. During my tutoring, I was always passionate to create helpful methods of learning and promote enthusiasm of my students on lessons through explaining complex and hard topics in a simple and understandable way and bringing up examples and activities. In this respect, I serve interactive and constructive approaches in a way which students are given the opportunity to interact with me and the students are expected to construct knowledge and meaning out for what they are taught by connecting them to prior experience. Another approach is teaching-learning process which is focused on problems. Time is spent on analyzing and solving problems. Hence, I will try to do everything I can make learning a pleasant experience. I use lesson plans in which I usually introduce the topics in a creative way, then explicitly teach the material. Afterwards I always ensure time for students to practice the material on their own. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and students' individual needs.
