About Ann

Hi there, My name is Esti and I am a native Afrikaans and English speaker from South Africa. I am a TEFL-certified English tutor and I am very much passionate about communication—especially helping people express themselves confidently in Afrikaans. I love doing volunteering work and being there for others. I am very friendly and love to sing, draw, and crochet in my free time.

About the lesson

My lessons use 70% speaking practice and 30% visual learning with pictures, diagrams, and real-life scenarios so Afrikaans actually sticks. We cover grammar and writing, but only to help you speak, text, and pass exams confidently.

A typical lesson:
Quick conversation warm-up, then visuals to learn new words and key grammar, and we finish by role-playing daily situations, writing short messages, or doing targeted exam practice.
