About Ari
I've taken Statistics in college, and have been tutoring it for around a year now, and have tutored over 40 students in my job at the tutoring center. I've also tutored many students privately, and have seen grades go from 65s to high 90s, which makes me as happy as the student. I also tutored some algebra in high school.

I'm a patient teacher and believe that conceptual understanding leads to an easier and sturdier grasp of the material in the future. I usually teach college students in level 1 statistics courses and lower level algebra. I tend to start out with the why's, or the reasons that the math is there, and this helps to guide the student in the right direction. Then, it's off to an example problem, then we'll do some problems together.
